At goodr Canada, we want you to love your sunnies; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your shades within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid Canada Post shipping label to download and print at home.

Pack Your Shades

Securely place your sunglasses in their original box and microfiber pouch, then attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

Drop and Track

Drop your package off at any Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
